If you do not have insurance coverage, or if you have exhausted the number of sessions allowed by your plan, the following rates apply and will be charged to the card on file.

Initial Nutrition Visit:  $180 per hour

Follow Up Appointments:  $160 per hour

*Amount charged is pro-rated in 15 minute increments per the duration of your visit.
*Rates may increase over time, and will be kept updated here.
