Insurance

Most insurance plans cover nutrition counseling as a preventive benefit with no cost to you.

We accept the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Asuris

• Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans (Regence, Premera, Anthem, BCBS Federal, BCBS IL, etc.)

• Bridgespan

• Cigna

• First Choice Health

• HMA

• Kaiser Permanente Options PPO plans

• Meritain

• Regence Group Administrators (RGA)

• United Healthcare / UMR

Note that we do not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or Tricare.

Self-Pay Session Rates

If you do not have insurance coverage, or if you have exhausted the number of sessions allowed by your plan, the following session rates will be charged to the card on file. Discounts may be available; discuss with your clinician.

Initial Nutrition Assessment:  $225

Follow Up Appointment:  $160

Missed Appointment Fee

A $100 fee applies for no shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
